How to Measure Hat Size
(Inches and Metric Conversion)
Please measure the forehead at the point where you plan to wear the hat. This is usually towards the top of the forehead. A measurement from the middle of the forehead will often result in the hat being too large.
Sizes vary by manufacturer and are usually very close but only guaranteed in custom made hats. If the measurement is between sizes it is best to go larger and size it down with hat sizing foam. Upon request, we include the hat sizing foam at no additional charge with the purchase of a hat.

Receive two hat sizing strips per hat at no charge upon request.
Hats sizes bigger then 7 5/8 may have to be custom made.
We ship mostly to the U.S. and Canada
but can ship worldwide.
